Tales From The Crypt - Wednesday 8th September 2021

In to the work routine again now, so, in time-honoured tradition, I'll not have that much to say today. Most likely.

The only noteworthy thing about today, so far, is that I finally finished reading 'Adults' this evening and - wait for it! - started 'Julius' by Daphne Du Maurier, already clearly an altogether different novel (well, to be fair, the time period it is set in creates distance from the outset!)

Finishing the book left me no time to listen to music for the third successive evening and as dinner is now underway (courtesy of son #2), it's not going to happen. Now I have to find time to write a review of the book.

We ate and watched another episode of 'Mrs. Maisel' before son #1 and I took the bins out. The lives we lead! Phew!

Onwards to bed and sleep..
