Love, Poetry and Revolution - Wednesday 1st March 2023

I probably won't have time to write much today, but I will see what I get time to do.

Apart from noticing a couple of USAF B-52s that flew over this part of the world from Spain to somewhere off the coast of Norway, not a lot worth mentioning.  On their return journey to Spain, one of the B-52s flew over Manchester while the other flew directly over here, but as both were at 28,000 feet and it was cloudy, I didn't get to see them.

Work is now complete, Q is home and I'm getting ready for 'Ulysses For All' and tonight's discussion of the 'Hades' episode. The guest speaker is Dr. Pat Callan whose talk focused on Glasnevin Cemetery (where the episode is partially set) and Irish traditions around funerals. Again I learned a lot which adds colour and depth to the reading.

Two hours passed very quickly and after some conversation with Q, it was that time again.
